Good to know.
What are the bristles made from?
Natural boar bristle. No nylon bristles. The handle is bamboo.
Is boar bristle hygienic?
Yes. Rinse well after brushing and stand it upright so it air-dries between uses. Replace it every three months, like any brush.
How does it feel compared with nylon?
A touch firmer out of the box. Wet it for a few seconds before brushing and it softens. It cleans the same way a good brush should.
How long does one brush last?
About three months, the replacement cycle dentists recommend for any brush. The 3-Pack is a nine-month supply.
How do I care for my BoarBrush?
Rinse, shake off the water, and store it upright to dry. Avoid sealing it in a travel case while damp. When it's done, the handle can be composted.
